01 – Norway Aquaculture Water Monitoring Terminal Project

A Norwegian aquaculture technology company was developing a floating water monitoring terminal used near offshore fish farms. The device needed to power water temperature sensors, dissolved oxygen measurement circuits, a wireless communication module, GPS positioning, and periodic data logging. Because the equipment was deployed far from daily maintenance teams, the customer required a rechargeable battery pack with longer runtime and stable output in a sealed enclosure.

The customer contacted LithoTop after testing a smaller 2S battery pack that could power the prototype but required charging too frequently during field trials. They needed a higher-capacity 7.3V battery pack that could fit the internal battery compartment while supporting wireless transmission peaks and long standby operation.

Before pilot production, both teams confirmed samples, pack dimensions, connector specifications, protection parameters, label details, packaging method, and batch inspection standards. The final battery solution helped the monitoring terminal achieve longer field operation and reduced maintenance frequency. For the customer, this improved data continuity, lowered service costs, and supported a more reliable aquaculture monitoring system.

02 – Brazil Portable Road Inspection Camera Project

A Brazilian infrastructure inspection company was developing a portable road inspection camera used by maintenance teams to record pavement cracks, bridge surfaces, and roadside equipment conditions. The device needed to power a camera module, LED lighting, storage board, display screen, and wireless upload function. The customer’s previous battery pack caused short working time, especially when the camera and lighting system operated together during evening inspections.
