01 – Mini Drone Project from France

A French consumer electronics company was developing a mini indoor drone for children and hobby users. The main challenge was battery weight. Their previous battery could provide enough runtime, but it made the drone too heavy and reduced flight stability. When the battery size was reduced, the drone suffered from weak takeoff power and poor acceleration.

The customer contacted LithoTop because they needed a small high rate LiPo battery that could balance lightweight design and strong discharge performance. LithoTop reviewed the drone motor power, propeller size, flight controller demand, battery compartment space, charging method, and target flight time.

After analysis, LithoTop recommended the 651723 3.7V 150mAh 20C High Rate LiPo Battery. 02 – Wireless Sensor Device Project from Germany

A German IoT device company was developing a compact wireless sensor used for equipment status monitoring. The sensor needed to remain small and lightweight, but it also required short high-current output when transmitting data. Their previous standard LiPo battery worked during standby, but voltage dropped when the wireless module started transmission.

The customer approached LithoTop because they needed a reliable battery manufacturer that could provide a compact cell with better discharge response. LithoTop analyzed the sensor’s standby current, transmission current peak, charging circuit, enclosure space, working environment, and expected production quantity.
