01 – Drone Light Show Project from the United Arab Emirates

A drone light show company in the United Arab Emirates was preparing a new fleet of performance drones for outdoor entertainment events. Their key problem was not only flight time, but also consistency across hundreds of drones. If battery voltage dropped unevenly between units, the drones could not maintain synchronized flight behavior during the show.

The customer contacted Lithotop because they needed a battery supplier capable of supporting batch consistency, stable discharge performance, and repeatable quality from sample testing to mass production. Lithotop reviewed the drone weight, LED power consumption, motor load, expected flight duration, charging method, and fleet operation process.

After analysis, Lithotop recommended the 6S 23.1V 11000mAh 15C High-C LiPo battery. Our engineering team judged that the customer did not need an extremely high-C racing battery, because drone light show systems require stable endurance and consistent voltage rather than aggressive throttle bursts. The 11000mAh capacity and 15C discharge rate offered a better balance between runtime, weight, and reliability.

During sample development, Lithotop optimized cell matching, discharge wire size, connector selection, and battery pack insulation. Sample tests included continuous discharge testing, voltage consistency comparison, LED load simulation, flight endurance testing, and repeated charge-discharge cycle evaluation.

Before mass production, both teams confirmed samples, connector specifications, capacity tolerance, internal resistance standards, labeling requirements, and packaging method. After deployment, the customer achieved more stable flight time across the fleet and reduced battery-related show preparation risks. This helped them deliver smoother drone performances and improve operational confidence for large public events.

02 – Industrial Surveying UAV Project from Canada

A Canadian surveying equipment company was developing an industrial UAV for terrain mapping, construction site monitoring, and remote area inspection. The UAV carried cameras, positioning modules, and communication equipment, so the battery needed to support both propulsion and payload electronics during longer missions.

The customer approached Lithotop after finding that their previous battery solution could not provide stable runtime in cold outdoor conditions and under heavier payload configurations. They needed a customized LiPo battery manufacturer that could help evaluate the real working load instead of only supplying a standard battery pack.

Lithotop analyzed the UAV’s motor current, payload weight, flight route, operating environment, installation space, and charging requirements. Sample batteries were tested through flight mission simulation, load variation testing, capacity verification, temperature monitoring, and installation fit checking.

Before mass production, the customer confirmed runtime performance, connector durability, pack dimensions, approved sample quality, and batch inspection standards. Lithotop then followed the confirmed golden sample for production control.

The final battery solution allowed the UAV to complete longer surveying routes with fewer battery changes. For the customer, this improved field working efficiency, reduced operator downtime, and made the UAV platform more reliable for professional surveying and inspection projects.
