01 – FPV Freestyle Drone Brand from Germany

A German FPV drone brand was developing a freestyle drone kit for experienced pilots. Their previous battery solution had enough peak power at the beginning of flight, but voltage dropped quickly during repeated throttle bursts. This caused inconsistent flight control and reduced pilot confidence during aggressive maneuvers.

The customer contacted Lithotop because they needed a battery with stronger discharge stability and better balance between power and flight time. After reviewing motor KV, ESC current rating, propeller size, flight style, and target battery weight, Lithotop recommended the 6S 22.2V 2000mAh 40C High-C LiPo battery.

Lithotop judged that the customer did not need an oversized ultra-high-C pack, because excessive battery weight would reduce freestyle agility. Instead, a 40C 2000mAh design provided a better balance between voltage stability, runtime, and maneuverability.

During sample development, Lithotop optimized cell matching, discharge wire size, connector selection, and pack structure. Sample tests included voltage sag testing, high-current discharge testing, flight endurance testing, and repeated throttle response simulation.

Before mass production, both teams confirmed samples, connector specifications, discharge performance standards, packaging design, and batch inspection requirements. After launch, the customer received positive feedback from pilots who reported smoother throttle response and more consistent flight performance. This helped the brand improve product reliability and strengthen its position in the FPV freestyle market.

02 – Robotics Competition Platform from Japan

A Japanese robotics education company was building a high-speed competition robot for university engineering programs. The robot required fast acceleration, stable motor power, and enough runtime for repeated classroom and competition use. However, their previous batteries caused unstable output when several motors started at the same time.

The customer reached out to Lithotop because they wanted a reliable high-discharge LiPo battery manufacturer that could support both prototype testing and future volume production. Lithotop analyzed the robot’s motor load, controller demand, peak current, installation space, and charging method.

Based on the analysis, Lithotop recommended the 6S 22.2V 2000mAh 40C LiPo battery. Our engineering team determined that the 6S voltage platform would improve power efficiency, while the 40C discharge capability would support the robot’s rapid movement and sudden load changes.

Before mass production, the customer confirmed runtime, installation fit, connector durability, and performance consistency across multiple sample packs. Lithotop then finalized the production inspection standard to ensure every batch followed the approved sample quality.

The final battery solution allowed the customer’s robots to run more smoothly during training and competition. For the customer, this reduced battery-related failures, improved student testing efficiency, and made their robotics platform more dependable for educational institutions.
